Job role
Organizing all matters related to stores (raw materials, final product, product in operation, and storage spaces) and submitting a report to the warehouse Manager of the required needs and organizing the entry and exit of the stock according to the approved procedures.
Job responsibilities
- Monitoring inventory inflows and outflows
- Report on minimum stock level for each Department as per Department planning.
- Supervising physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Monitoring and reporting stagnant stock and slow moving items.
- Coordination with Logistics Department, Product Departments/Product Support Department, and warehousemen when receiving any shipment from suppliers.
- Responsible for monitoring the inventory movements.
- Providing high security measures for the stock and company property in the warehouse.
- Organizing the contents of the store from the moment they enter until they leave
- Maintaining the correctness and safety of spare parts storage and accessibility.
- Preparing the minutes of the technical inspection for any warehouse addition.
- Full responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Registration on the hand cards.
- Work according to quality and occupational safety procedures regarding methods of preserving spare parts

- Full compatibility with the responsibilities of safety and health of storage
- Full accuracy in storing and leaving the contents of the store
- Cleanliness and arrangement of warehouses and maintaining the apparent efficiency of spare parts and equipment
- The absence of any deficit or increase when conducting the periodic and annual inventory
Job Requirements
Job requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce - Division (Accounting or Business Administration) or Commercial Technical Institute
- Experience of no less than five years in the field of warehouses.
Abilities and skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of computer programs (Operating System / Ms Office / Internet, etc ...)
- Fully aware of the storage laws and rules of industrial security.
- Familiar with the English language (spoken and written).
- Familiar with warehouse and inventory programs and working with them.
