Job Description
- KAD Information Systems is looking for Application Support Engineers to join our expanding, dynamic and ambitious team, specializing in ECM software.
- Candidates will basically be responsible for managing different aspects of support and training for the customers who are using our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Product: detailed understanding of the applications concept, functionalities and features, strengths, and use cases
- User Training: providing remote/on-site hands-on training for users with different roles (system administrators, managers, end-users…)
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintaining documentation and user guides updated and to the highest quality and accuracy
- Technical Support: managing support requests (phone, online), to ensure providing a satisfying service level to the customers
- Installation & Deployment: managing and configuring installations, and deploying updates and patches
- Implementation: collecting and understanding customers’ business requirements, and configuring the applications to best implement these requirements
- Bugs & Features: collaborating with the development team to successfully resolve software bugs and issues, and/or add enhancements or features based on the customer’s feedback
Job Requirements
Previous experience with ECM software is not a requirement for the position. However, candidate is expected to be smart, organized, problem-solver, good communicator, and willing to learn, with basic experience as a support engineer.
