Job Description
- Direct contact with Aftersales department to receiving a client requirement.
- Liaise with a contractor technical office to get technical/cost feedback for client modifications.
- Review shop drawings to ensure that all requirements received from a customer are incorporated in a design.
- Prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Preparing an architecture BOQ package.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- 2 years of experience at least in the same role in construction companies.
- Willing to work in the head office or any site.
- Good user of engineering computer software (AutoCAD - Revit - Microsoft Office - Adobe Photoshop).
