Job Description
- Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support in recruitment and selection process for blue and white collars
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Support and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assist in rolling out all HR initiatives
- Assist in assessing training needs to apply and monitoring training programs
- Report to HR Director and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- FMCG (Manufacturing) experience is a MUST!
- 7 to 10 years of total business experience in different areas of HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor law is MUST!
- Multitasker who can handle several priorities at the same time
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent English (Spoken & Written) is a MUST!
- Advanced skills in MS Excel is a huge PLUS!
- Relevant recognized HR Certification is a huge PLUS
- Presentable, pleasant, yet professional
- Willing to learn and grow
- Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
