Job Description
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of designated teams to ensure the work quality and the required tasks to be done with on the deadline.
- Train and develop the Staff members to be ready for the job, evaluate the team performance and give direct coaching to them.
- Work closely with the operations manager to gain the company’s goal, assist in developing the department and improving the work quality
- Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth oriented programs.
- Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.
- Administer all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring.
- Develop plans and supervise various departmental meetings and participate in various growth based campaigns.
- Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth.
- Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement.
- Be an active representative of SYE at all times.
- Give feedback and suggestions with appropriate justification when necessary.
- Might need to work as a team member not as manager
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience in the field of the training centers
- Fixable with the working hours.
- Willing to deal with different culture and hard customers.
- Problem solving.
- Excellent/ Fluent English Language
