Job Description

  • Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, oversees the day-to-day operations of a unit and make recommendations to improve unit efficiency,
  • Acts as the main contact for policies and procedures, resolves complex problems, instructs others.


Work Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct activities as assigned by supervisor.
  • Finish the day-to-day operations of the unit/department.
  • Resolves complex problems within area of responsibility.
  • Participates in activities related to student affairs such as admission, pre-registration, registration, financial aid.
  • Keeps track of course changes, reporting student standings.
  • Customer Service duties as assigned


Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours : Evening ( 12:00- 8:00) or ( 3:00- 11:00)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of related background education.
  • Fluent/ Excellent English Language (speaking & writing)
