Job Description
- Maintain effective communication with government and labor agencies interested in quality and food safety
- Supervision of internal audits is based on HACCP - FSMS - GMP systems and standards
- Development of quality systems for imports of agricultural raw materials and packaging materials
- Creating specifications of the raw materials and the final product shall be set according to the requirements of the customer and the standard specifications
- Participate in the audit committee on the import of agricultural raw materials from their own farms to ascertain the required standards
- Supervising the production steps to ensure that the procedures are implemented correctly
- Conducting Internal audit on quality systems to ensure that they are achieved as required
- Having R & D perspective to raise the quality and safety of existing products and innovate new products
- Work to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure that complaints are monitored and corrective action taken
- Cooperate with the Purchasing Department in identifying the quality needs of suppliers
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance department to ensure that they understand their current and future needs for product selection, development plans and cost estimates and schedule these needs for laboratory operations
- Follow up the production process of non-conforming, re-manufactured, and unusable monitoring to measure the efficiency of the production process and manufacturing defects
- Approve and review some quality reports such as :
- Daily report which is submitted to the production manager, needs management and plant manager
- Monthly and annual report which is submitted to the Managing Director and the Plant Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in "Agriculture - Division "Food Science - Food Industries - Chemistry -Microbiology- Orchards"
- Minimum 3 years in the Food Industry Sector "Concentrates and juices factories"
