Job Description

  • Preparing and approving the plans for the drivers attendance throughout the week to tighten control over drivers and maintain shipping dates.
  • Preparing the plans for the routes of all the sales branches and distribution networks.
  • Preparing and approving plans and overtime hours for drivers and dispatching supervisors.
  • Establishing and submitting budgets and following up commitment to the approved car rent budget in the annual seasons.
  • Preparing technical tests for new drivers and approving their validity before their joining.
  • Setting availability rates for fleet cars and coordinating the implementation of maintenance plans, whether periodic or actual, in order to ensure that the distribution wheel is not disrupted.
  • Raising the fleet utilization rate according to the set plan, in order to ensure that the rental costs are reduced to a minimum.
  • Participating and following up the renewal of car licenses and driver licenses, and ensuring that no violations are recorded on the company.
  • Training the drivers and supervisors team on (defensive driving / road safety / operating procedures of car cleaning, types of loading, etc. ..).
  • Shall comply with the requirements and follow the procedures of the documentation and the approved daily forms.
  • Preparing the standard weekly and monthly reports and submitting the required reports.
  • Follow-up and monitoring of drivers and dispatching supervisors' performance indicators to ensure that they are recorded and saved properly.
  • Ensures and monitors the execution of daily sales orders on the specified dates according to the agreed plans.
  • Follows up, discusses and resolves the complaints of the drivers' team and the dispatching supervisors to ensure the facilitation of operating procedures and the optimum utilization of the fleet.
  • Follows up the implementation of occupational safety and health instructions within the scope of his administration to prevent any risks to himself or to others.
  • Carry out the tasks assigned, in accordance with the specified quality standards in order to satisfy the customer (internal - external) .

Job Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing or relevant field.
  • Very good in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor  (logistics services preferred)
  • CLTD certified
  • 10 years experience in distribution
  • Very Good in English
