Job Description
Operations
- Responsible for the General Atmosphere (Store, Staff).
- Manages daily operation checklist.
- Manages meeting between shifts.
- Motivates and communicates needed tasks and information’s to staff through between shifts meeting.
- Responsible for receiving and checking inventory along with the monthly and weekly inventorying
- Receives and checks inventory.
- Inventorying weekly by quantity and assist in the monthly inventorying with the logistics department.
- Responsible for the shortages of products and supplies.
- Checks and maintains boutique’s purchases and send immediate email by the required maintenance.
- Responsible for managing the communication between boutique and office.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employee.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules and shifts.
- Conduct monthly appraisal.
- Act as medium between brand managers and staff.
- Make sure that the product knowledge is cascaded to all staff/ new joiners.
- Assists and helps in recruitment process whether in interviews or headhunting.
- Provides Customer service, product knowledge and operational skills trainings for stuff.
- Responsible for reporting and managing the boutique’s schedule and vacations.
- Responsible for following up with customers, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collects clients’ information and helps solve clients/staff problems.
- Responsible for adhering to company Exchange, Refund and defect policies.
Sales
- Responsible for following up with the monthly target.
- Responsible for the staff motivating and training.
- Responsible for reporting needed reports to brand manager.
- Communicates through sending and receiving emails along with follows up when needed.
Financial
- Responsible for Petty cash.
Operations
- Sales analysis report

Job Requirements
- Experience in Fashion Retail Field from 3 to 5 years minimum.
