Job Description

  • Establishing Business Process Management.
  • Assist in developing annual audit plan and submit to superiors for review and approval. 
  • Perform internal QA audit to ensure good implementation of policies, business process, sectors & departments Plans throughout all group sectors and departments.
  • Following up the internal audit results( NCRs, CAR, PAR). 
  • Assist in developing annual audit plan and submit to superiors for review and approval. 
  • Reviewing the implementation of the processes & forms used and provide departmental recommendations. 
  • Conduct regular visits to verify quality system implementation as required . 
  • Conduct periodic training workshops to promote awareness of internal controls and to discuss changes in policies, business processes that will impact the system flow of information. 
  • Support departments & sectors in preparation and or modification of their policies Business process. 
  • Participate in various committees or task forces geared to policy / procedure development and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Lead Auditor ISO 9001.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have basic computer skills (Visio).
  • TQM Diploma.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Problem Solving.
