Job Description

  • Responsible  achieving sales targets, and handling sales lifecycle from opening to closing of prospects to contract closures. 
  • Responsible for managing the existing accounts and insure healthy relation is maintained and client happiness is a top priority.
  • Maintain performance and progress reports of the sales cycle, also monitoring the competition activities, and communicate frequently to marketing team, and support on the pricing of products or services.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • BSc in business administration or a related major
  • Proven experience in sales in Business Process Outsourcing, Contact Centers, software or other relevant industries.
  • Proven experience focus in the North American markets.
  • Advanced Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of sales management 

Key Competencies:

  • Have good judgment and an ability to develop a rapport with clients and other salespeople.
  • Excellent Planning, organizing, decision-making & negotiations skills.
  • Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced level of MS office tools, and reporting experience.
