Job Description
- Prepare job announcement.
- Job posting in appropriate channels.
- Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test and perform 1st interview.
- Coordinate with the head of departments and candidates for the interviewing process.
- Keeping good records for all employees and develop a pool of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all positions.
- Prepare job offers and send them to the shortlisted candidates
- Confirm and follow up with the candidates the starting date and required hiring documents.
- Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
- Fluent English language and excellent linguistic skills.
- Two years of Experience in Recruitment or HR field.
- Solid experience in recruitment is MUST.
- Females only can apply.
- Presentable, Good communication skills and Time Management.
- Maadi or Nearby residents.
