About the Job
  • Handling documents organization & filing systems for Hard and Soft Copies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, phone calls, faxes, etc…)
  • Translating and/or Typing in English & Arabic
  • Organizing company’s meetings in/out the office
  • Coordination between suppliers, staff, and customers
  • Assistant in Human Resources Administration, Office Resources Administration, Logistics, and Marketing & Branding

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Preferably working in educational field
  • Nearby Maadi would be advantage
  • Excellent Command of both Arabic & English language
