Warehouse Keeper

Warehouse Description:

• Working with types of warehouses as (Spare Parts, Food products, Raw Material).
• Manages the team of warehousing. and Lead the warehouse storekeepers to meet.
• Warehouse targets and to ensure appropriate support to other departments.
• Managing around 20 Person.
• Enforces proper workplace, health/safety/security measures at the warehouse and manages their implementation.
• Track KPIs for the warehouse operations.
• Follow up on all activities in warehouse from (receiving, issuing and put away) processes and make sure that’s every process meet the SOP.
• Send the needed documents regarding Goods to the concerned accountant.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department about the shipments if any problem such as shipment without PO.
• Inform the needed parties regarding the new received goods and spare parts to be aware by the new items.
• Stock Replenishment – expiries and near expiries (FIFO / FEFO)
• Coordinate with production team about any delay in issuing the materials to avoid the stoppage of any line.
• Inspect the warehouse periodically and send the balance to the concerned parties.
• Responsible for required deliveries, physical stock counting, material expiry follow up, material transfer plan for all EDITA sites.
• Coordinates with the quality control staff and arranges to rectify anomalies
• Guides the labor and MHE Operators.
