About the Job
  • Call customers to check their details and update contact records
  • Contact existing customers and new prospects to attempt to sell products or services
  • Ask the prospects qualifying questions about their interest in a product to determine how likely they are to buy.
  • Pass the qualified leads to field sales representatives
  • Build and use a sales script to ask their contacts qualifying questions and to present the features and benefits of the product.
  • Answer the common objections that contacts might raise.
  • Handle repeat orders from existing customers.
  • Contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Very Good English
  • Very Good Computer Skills (Office applications)
  • 1 Year experience (preferred in IT / Telecom)
  • Basic Knowledge of IT terminology
  • Good Articulation
  • Proven Achievement will be an asset
  • Must be based in greater Cairo or Giza
