Job Description

  • To manage Exhibition files ensuring that internal processes are fully adhered to and on pre-agreed time lines
  • To liaise with clients, internal company’s resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
  • To manage event Exhibitions mailings, sourcing the collateral and coordinating the fulfillment
  • To assist the International Project Manager in the implementation an overall sales and marketing plan for designated exhibitions including intensive telesales activities
  • To continually update International Project Manager through progress reports on the status of each task.
  • To contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions
  • Attend supplier presentations to enhance product knowledge.
