Job Description
- To review and audit all operational processes, and ensure that all processes, forms and supporting systems operate to their maximum effectiveness, within specified securities and cost constraints, and that all operating procedures are of the desired quality.
- Develop all necessary systems and processes to ensure that operating procedures are of the appropriate quality and within the established cost
- Monitor processes to resolve any problems and remove
- Undertake studies to improve working processes, unit costs,quality and safety.
- Maintain an awareness of new developments in technology and relevant working processes and evaluate and apply those that may be of benefit to the company.
- Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any com-plaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement.
- Supervise process personnel to ensure that they receive any necessary training and to resolve any systems’ problems
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A certificates in a relevant QA education or training;
- At least 3 years’ experience of process design;
Experience within the industry
- Detailed knowledge of all relevant quality standards
