About the Job

Job Summery:

We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide field technical support to our digital textile printing customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.

Tasks:

  • Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
  • Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to convince the customer and make in direct marking activities.
Job Requirements
  • BS. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical is preferable)
  • 3-4 years of experience in the same field.
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, coral draw is plus.
