Job Description
- Responsible for Design development and sourcing as well as providing organizational support and overseeing other designers.
- Responsible for creating a department library (suppliers log and samples) + AutoCAD library for all styles.
- Continues update of new materials and related sources.
- Responsibility for a project from selections, co-ordination with Design, budget spending and forecasting and delivering to deadlines.
- Lead periodic on-site observations and visits to ensure that the final product is as per the original request.
Job Requirements
- Have experience working in all design sectors, confident client-facing skills, and ability to present and lead projects, capable of creating design schemes / concepts using imagery, fabrics and architectural finishes.
- Architecture or Applied Arts Degree
- Proficient in AutoCAD – Photoshop
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Excel, word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Team Building and time management skills
- 3D Max is a plus.
- Car is a must.
