Job Description
- Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through social media direct messages or even phone calls.
- Manage online Marketplace such as Jumia , Souq ,noon from stock ,order , returns to update online inventory .
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages.
- Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Answer all daily questions and Inform new features / comments/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English & Arabic
- E-Commerce experience or Online Sales
- Good knowledge and experience of e commerce and online platforms
- Good customer support experience
- Cultural Awareness
