Job Description

  • Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through social media direct messages or even phone calls.
  • Manage online Marketplace such as Jumia , Souq ,noon from stock ,order , returns to update online inventory .
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages.
  • Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
  • Answer all daily questions and Inform new features / comments/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).
  • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English & Arabic
  • E-Commerce experience or Online Sales
  • Good knowledge and experience of e commerce and online platforms
  • Good customer support experience
  • Cultural Awareness
