Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with the governmental and GAAP requirements in addition to evaluating business performance through an efficient reporting system financially and Non- Financially.
Implement and maintain MIS ( ERP) with the best flow of documents and information to be in compliance with the ERP requirement to serve the business need.
Facilitate enhanced financial control over the business processes.
Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting and costing systems tally with the business process to achieve management target.
Ensure the effective achievement of the Finance Department through the supervision of the Finance team.
Maintain the cash conversion cycle through effective management of inventory, payable and receivable in a conjunction with other department.
Develop, implement and Modifying the applied costing and inventory control system.
Maintain an accurate reporting system to the management (weekly, monthly and yearly).
Assure credit sales or credit purchase are based on agreed upon credit term with the customer.
