Job Description

  • Deliver the product on time with high quality.
  • Prepare technical and business training.
  • Deliver service and support to end-users
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information.
  • Gather customer’s information and issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures.
  • Verify system requirements (if needed).
  • Should be able to perform beta test to the products before delivering it.
  • There will be 6 month training period in Mansoura before working in KSA.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate.
  • Bachelor of information system.
