Job Description
- Responsible for the facilitation and delivery of coursework and programs for employees.
- Collaborates with supervisors to ensure successful implementation of a variety of training programs.
- Calibrate with a team of trainers who are responsible for developing the training materials for classroom,on-the job,or individual training programs.
- Ensures coordination of highly specialized training to smaller segments of the user groups supported, including new hire classes.
- Collaborates with supervisors to ensure successful implementation of a variety of training programs.
- Supports the execution of training test plans and the development of corresponding training materials.
- Handles all Soft Skills inquiries (Initial training, Refreshment Sessions), Manage the sessions delivery and the Trainers reporting process.
- Training the service delivery representatives to be able to achieve a Quietly Brilliant Quality for the service delivered either Technical or General.
- Analyze skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities – branch, team, and individual level
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and consult with department managers and team leaders to ensure that coaching and development provided is reinforced through ongoing performance management.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years experience in the call center field as a soft skills trainer .
- Excellent reporting skills .
- Driven personality .
- Fluency in English .
- Able to deal with different nationalities .
- Prepared training material for the Assessment .
- Soft skills Certification .
