Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Assists with training plans and materials either by enhancing existing materials or developing the original documentation.
- Utilizes a variety of training tools to enhance learning such as user guides, videos, tutorials, and e-learning.
- Maintains accurate training records.
- Designs internal and external training materials.
- Works with and manages vendors as appropriate to ensure timely completion of high quality deliverables within budget.
- Solicits participant feedback and addresses areas for opportunity as needed.
- Evaluates effectiveness of training and documents progress of participants, communicating to respective managers as needed. Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Candidate must have previous experience in Vodafone 888 High Value account
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fresh graduate student more than welcome however Extracurricular activities is must
- Knowledge of training and development practices and methods including needs assessment and instruction design for instructor led, virtual, online, and blended training.
- Have a previous experience in Vodafone
- Knowledge of learning theories and principles including adult learning theory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite – Word, Power Point, Excel.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
