Job Description
- Follow up on the employees tasks and performance (calls details – sales reports – SLA- quality)
- Making sure of the information delivered to the customer
- Following up and supporting the team members
- Produce different report
- Communicates sales target to the team members
- Answers team member questions and helps with their problems

- 2-3 years Experience as a team leader in a call center is a MUST.
- Experience in the tourism field is a plus.
