Job Description
- Manage and implement all benefit programs to increase employee's retention.
- Communicate with medical insurance provider to issue, change category & termination cases.
- Prepare monthly Medical reports to be sent to direct manager including participation percentage of total head count & special cases status.
- Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to Short-term & Long-term Benefits and regulations.
- Prepare quarterly Medical reports to be sent to Finance Department to affect the cost as per Company branches.
- Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- From 2 to 4 years' experience in compensation and benefits area.
- HR Diploma or its equivalent is a more preferable.
- Good user of MS office.
- Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.
- Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
- Construction filed is a more preferable .
