About the Job
  • Manage and implement all benefit programs to increase employee's retention.
  • Communicate with medical insurance provider to issue, change category & termination cases.
  • Prepare monthly Medical reports to be sent to direct manager including participation percentage of total head count & special cases status.
  • Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to Short-term & Long-term Benefits and regulations.
  • Prepare quarterly Medical reports to be sent to Finance Department to affect the cost as per Company branches.
  • Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in any field.
  • From 2 to 4 years' experience in compensation and benefits area.
  • HR Diploma or its equivalent is a more preferable.
  • Good user of MS office.
  • Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.
  • Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Construction filed is a more preferable .
