Job Description
- Provide first-level technical support for End User.
- Perfect Knowledge of Administrating and operating Active directory, file server.
- Maintain the IT operation of all users Antivirus, internet, and other applications.
- Responsible of IT Help Desk service.
- Apply all IT policies for Users.
- Setup and maintenance of IT-related equipment.
- Apply data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the internet connection,
- Monitor Web filter and firewall appliances.
- Training users with IT related equipment.
- Assist the IT Team with project work to grow the technology infrastructure of the organization.
- Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate, recommend, and propose alternative methods of information processing.
- Maintain problem documentations and follow the SOP.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree.
- Good Knowledge in Network Administration&Infra Structure ( Active Directory, File Server,Security, TCP/IP, Group Policy, Mail Server, firewall and web filter management ……..)
- Expert in help desk troubleshooting (win 7, Mac OS, Office, outlook, Printers, Photocopiers…)
- Able to train end users to learn new features and functions.
- Preferable to be Familiar with Surveillance Cameras system (CCTV, IP Cam).
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi task according to the plan & under deadlines.
- Experience 2-3 years
- Certificates MCSA, A+
- Age should not be more than 30 years.
- Resident : 10th of Ramadan , Sharkia , Cairo
