Job Description

  • Following up with Patients to complete their treatment plans.
  • Build up a relationship with Patients and make cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Handling Patients' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Handling angry patient complaints, solve their problems, and verify their files from the Archive
  • Build up brand loyalty and transferring customers into the promoter.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Ensure the completion of the Pending services forms provided by the data analyst.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.

 

Job Requirements

  • Medical background (Preferred).
  • Age: 30-35
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales end-user customer-facing (B2C).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of Patients
  • Ability to handle angry Patients and in extreme situations in medical failures.
  • Target-oriented and ability to overachieve the estimated targets.
  • Competency in English.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
