Job Description
- Following up with Patients to complete their treatment plans.
- Build up a relationship with Patients and make cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handling Patients' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handling angry patient complaints, solve their problems, and verify their files from the Archive
- Build up brand loyalty and transferring customers into the promoter.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Ensure the completion of the Pending services forms provided by the data analyst.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Medical background (Preferred).
- Age: 30-35
- At least 5 years of experience in sales end-user customer-facing (B2C).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of Patients
- Ability to handle angry Patients and in extreme situations in medical failures.
- Target-oriented and ability to overachieve the estimated targets.
- Competency in English.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
