Job Description

Headcount Planning:

  • Kazyon persist on putting the right number of people, right caliber, at the right place, in the right time, doing the right things for which they are suited for the achievement of the organization goals.
  • This process occurs in cooperation between the Function Head and the responsible HR business partner by the end of each year.
  • The role of HR is to advise the line Manager for staffing needs for optimum effectiveness and accordingly to plan for any vacancy that may occur.

Vacancies arise accordingly due to expansion by additional headcount or replacement to employees leaving their current positions due to (promotion, assignments, maternity, resignation, etc…)

The headcount planning process should include:

  • Analyzing the current Headcount
  • Making future headcount plan
  • Annual Headcount planning 

Pre recruitment :

  • Prior to any recruitment the Function Head should analyze and assess the required position and define it well.
  • This assessment should include the nature, specifications and added value vs cost.
  • The Function Head should also be managing the head count in their function and ensure that any new vacancy is within the budget planned numbers. 

Replacement

  • Where a position is currently occupied by an associate becomes vacant for any possible reason (promotion, assignments, maternity, resignation, etc…)
  • Extra Head count
  • Reporting ,Tracking & posting.

Search Process – Internal candidates:

  • The recruitment process starts as soon as the approvals are acquired.  Vacancies can be announced internally, according to the position manager request
