Job Description
- Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements in our software application.
- Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UX refactoring's for a more intuitive user-experience.
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows. Design things that people will talk about
- Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing , expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
- Executing interaction design and visual design.
- Develop wireframes & behavioral specifications.
- Collaborating on user experience planning.
- Consulting with clients & Team members.
- Researching interaction design trends.
- Researching technology trends.
- Engages with the business team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper Appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
- Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.
- Presents high fidelity designs/mockups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
- Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the prototypes in a short time.
- Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing.
- Document His work.
- Backup his work regularly.
- Publish his work, and share it in a presentable format with concerned parties.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, (iOS, Android a plus).
- Motion graphics design and production.
- User experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices.
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and associated design tools.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD (User Centered Design) methodologies.
- Understanding of common software project management practices.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Teamwork.
- Well organized.
- Self-motivated.
