Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and maintenance in Workday Recruiting on a daily basis; understands business workflow and process, and makes suggestions for process improvements.
  • Coordinates and organizes timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up with the highest attention to detail and customer service.
  • Effectively supports and manages recruitment with key responsibilities to develop strong partnerships with hiring leaders, provide edits to job descriptions for posting, identify the right fit talent, monitors background and reference checks, extends offer and completes hires through the applicant system.
  • Handles all candidates with highest levels of professionalism throughout the recruitment process and build pipelining opportunities.
  • Prepares standard reports with specified guidelines.
  • Conducts research to understand recruiting and employment marketing trends.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Attends career fairs/ conferences and become a brand ambassador for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment (preferably HR)
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Must be detail –oriented and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications, MS Excel is a must
  • Basic knowledge of internet sourcing sites and techniques preferred
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across various departments
