Job Description
- Providing technical support and solving other computer problems at the factories.
- Follow-up with a telecom company in case of problems with the company's internal network or internet
- Follow-up the state of inks of the printers and ensure the backup of the inks
- Follow-up with the human resources department in case of new staff and their needs.
- Receiving the usual devices and telephone lines in case of employees discharge.
- Informing the head office about any problems in the operating programs.
- Follow-up the purchases for the computers (mouse-key board .... etc)
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in supporting information systems.
- MCSE certificate is a plus
- CCNA certification is a plus
