About the Job
  • Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and follow-up with the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • E-mail, spreadsheets, databases and applications ready to deal.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of the daily administrative systems.
  • Registered office expenses, delivery and receipt of the covenant between the delegates and the accounts.
  • Organization of work and the dates of interviews and presentations.
  • Supervising the organization of appointments for new employees, from advertising, follow up and organize interviews and sometimes training with regard to work.
  • Follow-up to attend the delivery staff and receive daily tasks.
  • Internet / Office - telesales sales transactions
  • Attending conferences, meetings and processing commensurate with the needs of the presentations.

Qualified Secretary Vacancy
