Job Description
- Closing the month on the system (tack all reports related to the month’s attendance)
- Revising (managers & employees) attendance-missing working hours & absence and
reporting what should be deducted according - Preparing bonus & sick leave reports for payroll
- Creating finger print for new employees & fix it for others when needed
- Controlling absence (send warning letter to absent employees for more than 5 days
without a reason) - Answer all employees’ questions about their attendance, finger print, annual leaves,working hours…
Job Requirements
- Education : University Degree
- Experience: 2 years Experience in payroll
- HR Certificate is plus
- Computer skills, Good spoken English
- Experience not less than one year in hospitals
