Job Description
- Handle all the administrative service business of B2B (contracts, SLA, customer calls, customers database, issuing service quotations,,,,etc)
- Responsible for office management.
- Handel purchasing orders
- Receive the incoming mails then follow up the outgoing mails (purchasing orders, internal memos, delegations or any external correspondences).
- Handel and organize the reservation process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms, meeting rooms)
- Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa.
- Communicate with Technical engineers, Technical Director & Other company employees.
Job Requirements
- Newly graduated engineer(electronic or electrical) is preferred
- High level of English and Arabic business writing
- Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
- Analytical and solving problems skills.
- Decision making skills.
