Job Description

  • Supervising the inspection and internal audit work on all the departments of the entity and preparing the necessary reports for that.
  • Supervising the carrying out internal inspections and audits of all departments of the entity and preparing the necessary reports for that.
  • Supervising the performance and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
  • Supervising the participation in determining internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Supervising the obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Supervising the preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
  • Supervising the acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • Supervising the identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Supervising the maintaining open communication with management and audit committee
  • Supervising the document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Supervising the conducting follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
  • Supervising the engaging to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 15 years in Audit Offices
  • Using computer applications.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Fast completion of work tasks while enjoying the power of observation.
  • Ability to accomplish work efficiently and effectively on time.
  • Ability to work long hours and deal with all types of files.
  • Focus and logical thinking and good listening and understanding and awareness of situations consciously and focused.
  • Ability to work collectively as a team member.
  • Ability to analyze data and make reports
  • Ability to handle more than one job at one time without confusion.
  • Ability to handle work stress.
