Job Description
A well-established Real Estate Developer is hiring a “Project Manager Civil Engineer”.
- Will act as owner representative
- Overall responsibility and supervise all activities related to an assigned project ensuring completion to budget and time schedules
- Oversee subcontractors and onsite construction activities
- Follow up the project master plan
- Develop & implement QC checks
- Responsible for Providing feedback regarding project progress, deviation and changes
- Assist contracting department in development & implementation in contracting strategy
- Lead team of Engineers & foremen Desired Skills and Expertise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (civil / construction).
- 10-12 years of experience
- Very good knowledge with materials, methods, tools involved in construction, different international standards & design techniques
- People Management and Delegation Skills
- Experience in New capital projects is preferred
