About the Job
  • Monitor and guide towards the Company’s goals and objectives.
  • Achieve company’s targets  and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
  • Handling inquires and complaints of clients towards the sales agents.
  • Following up with the developers’ representatives regarding any updates or modifications concerning the projects.
  • Looking for cooperation opportunities with other real estate companies. - Attending any important meetings/events and report to G. Manager.
  • Following the management strategy and instructions.
  • Following up with the sales agents for achieving the target.
  • Supervising the farming process and assuring that it is covering all the market’s needs.
  • Supervising the marketing process for all the properties under the company’s management.

Job Requirements
  • Not less than 8 years of experience in Real Estate field.
  • Smart, Confident and with dynamic personality.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
