Job Description
- Installation, powering, commissioning, upgrading, dismantling, swap, and troubleshooting of all microwave equipment of all types. PDH, SDH. IP, 1+0, 1+1, nodal (From all vendors, Ericsson, Siae, Nokia, NEC, Huawei) as per each operator and vendor requirements and specifications applying the required safety procedures.
- Perform LOS surveys
- Reroute microwave links, and site surveys.
- Installation, powering, commissioning, upgrading, dismantling, swap, and troubleshooting of all BTS equipment of all types, indoor, outdoor, 2G, 3G, 4G, and vendors, Ericsson, Huawei, Motorola, Nokia, including GSM antennas, feeders, RRUs, As per each operator and vendor requirements and specifications applying the required safety procedures.
- Installation, powering, testing, upgrading, dismantling, swap, and troubleshooting of all DC power, rectifiers, and backup batteries of all types and vendors as per each operator and vendor requirements and specifications applying the required safety procedures.
- Rewiring and clean up for hubs and sites.
- Reporting and presentations, daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Communication and team working skills. Interface with customer, his team members, other teams, and coordinator.
- Managing his team, Team leader and riggers.
- Flexible for working hours and able to travel.
- Commit to safety procedures in all aspects. (Car – electrical work – working on heights – PPE - tools )
- Good problem solving skills and managing abnormal situations.
- Meet deadlines with good quality and cost efficiently.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years of experience
- CCNA certified.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Able to travel, work under pressure, good communication skills, and lead technicians efficiently.
