About the Job
  • Receiving and greeting customers
  • Understanding customer concerns while advising the required service or repair by both road testing and visually checking the vehicles.
  • Informing customer about the cost of repair/service or any additional task and attaining their approval.
  • Following the prescribed manufacturer's recommendations to advice the scheduled maintenance
  • Informing the customers as and when the vehicle is ready to be delivered while ensuring the car delivery on time.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Increasing service center productivity.
Job Requirements
  • Bcs Mechanical Engineering (preferable Automotive major)
