Job Description
- Receiving and greeting customers
- Understanding customer concerns while advising the required service or repair by both road testing and visually checking the vehicles.
- Informing customer about the cost of repair/service or any additional task and attaining their approval.
- Following the prescribed manufacturer's recommendations to advice the scheduled maintenance
- Informing the customers as and when the vehicle is ready to be delivered while ensuring the car delivery on time.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Increasing service center productivity.

- Bcs Mechanical Engineering (preferable Automotive major)
