Providing advice on technical options, patterns, trends, and solutions to our internal teams and to our clients.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field of study)
Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Microsoft Dynamics CRM / PowerApps technical solutions, installation, configuration, customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as doing the deployment, trouble shooting and production support for the applications developed
Demonstrated skills in service-oriented design and development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Restful APIs, JavaScript , HTML, XML, and T-SQL
Strong knowledge of OOAD, database design, and software design patterns such as MVC, N-Tier, Test Driven Development, and Dependency Injection
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodology
Experience creating customizations, business process flows, plug-ins, workflows, custom forms, views, business rules, reports, and dashboards and workflows for Dynamics CRM
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM security roles and application configuration.
Experience with source control management systems like [TFS and Azure DevOps] and continuous integration/deployment environments
Hands-on Experience Microsoft CRM Migration and data migration using SSIS Packages
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, team player
Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync) is a preferred
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 201X is preferred
