Job Description
- Perform and review daily accounting documentation.
- Track expenses
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Responsible for daily Expenses, banking transactions, payable, checks, and Receivable, etc
- Financial transaction posting to company's software system.
- Prepare daily cash flow.
- Maintains accounting controls and recommending policies and procedures.
- Invoice customer and track aging.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
- Follow up on customer payments and Review all invoices.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial (manufacturing or machining) company.
- Has the ability to Recording entries in the accounting of journals ledgers,
- Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP.
- Maximum age is 28
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Has time management skills and computer skills.
