Job Description
Marketing campaigns & initiatives:
- Prepare marketing concepts per campaign
- Generating a draft of initiative briefings and kick off documents prior to the marketing campaign
- Follow the process of initiative in terms of time schedules, call for kick off and briefing meetings on time, calling for alignment meetings if needed issuance of kick of documents and alignment documents
- Assist in all aspects of printed media working with the designers team and category managers to make material available to the distributors and directly to the media, this would include:
- Flyers
- Megacom
- Lamppost
- Leaflets
- Facades stickers
- Flexes
- Danglers
Miscellaneous administrative duties:
- Prepare materials for planning meetings, take minutes as required
- Exposed to the process of Daily sales reports
- Alignment between departments and co-ordinate follow up activity, monitor referrals, actions & work
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases
- Contribute to the project plan and preparation of checklists
General Marketing process and standards:
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
- Prepare supporting materials as requested whether from other department or marketing department
- Support the Marketing Manager in liaising with suppliers by arranging meetings
Marketing Budgeting and payment:
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets on monthly basis
- Fill Purchasing order form for suppliers
- Involved in supplier bidding process in collaboration with the purchasing department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-7 years of experience in the related field, retail experience is a plus
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High sensitivity to deadlines and ability to flow through on related activities
