About the Job


  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.


  • Working on increasing the venues data base and contracts.
  • Keep an eye on the material inventory, monitoring Min. & Max. stock, assuring that a sufficient stock is available to run the operations.
  • Arrange with the accounting department for event cost and payment.
  • Venue, trainers booking & Sites inspection prior to the event.
  • Arrange all the logistics for the trainers (flight & accommodation booking, transfer, material printing, ect…).
  • Arrange the print out of the materials and handouts.
  • Arrange for the evaluation sheet & evaluation calculation.
  • Maintain the training kits & equipment including storage and handling.
