Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales target values and meets required KPIs
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and presenting benefits of the product
- Responds to all inquiries and sales requests within a specified time frame.
- Performs collection activities as required
- Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
- Tracks personal sales and submits reports to Sales Manager for period reviews
- Identify potential clients
- Demonstrate software to potential clients
- Close deals with clients and sign product agreement
- Conduct client training on our software
- Update the client's database regularly
- Use CRM to ensure full client satisfaction
- Handle clients complaints and solve simple functional issues

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer science (or a bachelor of business/commerce with IT technical background).
- 1+ years of experience in software sales or technical support (preferred).
- Good command of English language is a Must.
- Excellent presentation.
- Analytical, problem solver & team player.
- A car owner is Preferred
- Maximum age 30 years
