Key Objectives:
- Launch new international makeup brand in 2022.
- Grow, develop and manage brands on a holistic level: “marketing, planning and operations”
- Setting sales targets with top management. Enforcing targets across the different sales units, insuring achievements and regular client activity.
- Analyze, track and monitor clients performance on a macro and micro level and report key suggestions and highlights with sales management and top management to develop the business.
- Grow brand awareness through marketing campaigns and activity.
- Maintain, grow and develop clients relations.
- Insure brands regular stock replenishment and full assortment product availability across the market.
- Demand planning.
- Enhance and grow the company's products shelf space and visibility, agree trade marketing deals in cooperation with sales management to implement on the market.
- Handle brand planograms and displays
- Market and competition analysis
Job Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, Color cosmetics, personal care brand management
- Leadership, Management, strategy setting and leadership capabilities
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
