Job Description
- Finalizing the external secularization transactions backed by real-estate portfolios.
- Handling the servicing of the real-estate transactions.
- Liaising with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies.
- Determining payment strategy and policy jointly with other concerned departments.
- Analyzing the impact of financial markets on the performance of the outstanding financial products.
- Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
- Participating in specific financial projects, such as acquisition of another business.
- Liaising with bankers and investors and maintaining positive business relationship.
- Using financial modeling to predict outcomes.
- Negotiating and structuring financial details.
- Investors relationship officer of the 9th secularization issue backed by Contact Group Portfolio.
- Managing daily cash balances and trading in the financial markets.
- Prepares and interprets financial reports.
- Preparing legal documents and prospectuses.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in Leasing or Mortgage treasury operations.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent formal Arabic.
- Very good numerical skills.
- Exposed to work under pressure.
- High attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines.
