Job Description: General Information:

Properties Telesales Consultant (Cyberspace) will perform under three KRAs (Key Resultant Areas):

  • Converting e-Marketing into sales per segment/product groups.
  • Perform and achieve targets set under The Sales Plan.
  • Lead and manage The Team of Telesales Consultants to achieve target.
Job Roles: Sales/Retail
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience within medium to large Real Estate / Properties companies. Working for an international Real Estate company is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field and/or Property Management.

The Following is a Must to Have:

  • Possesses understanding of contemporary sales.
  • Professional inbound/ outbound e-Marketing and e-Sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
  • Ability to achieve sales target set in The Sales Plan.
  • Team working and working under extreme pressure.

  • Vast knowledge about Housing, Real Estate is an advantage.
  • High problem solving, conflict resolution, team motivation skills and techniques are compulsory.
